For Foreign Students

If applying as an F-1 student, you need to submit the following:

1. Application for Admission & Enrollment Agreements: PDF* | Word
(Just download the application, print it out, complete it, and mail or fax to ELI.)

2. . Photocopy of Passport (Identification Section).

3. A financial statement to verify that you can meet both tuition and living expenses while attending ELI. The amount of at least $13,000.00 US is required for a six-month period for a single person. For each dependent, add $3,400 per person.

  Acceptable forms are as follows:
    a. A notarized personal bank statement or letter from the bank in English; or
    b. A notarized letter of support and a bank letter from source of support; or
    c. A sponsor's financial certification

4. Application Fee: $ 60.00 (Non-refundable)

5. I-20 Fee: $250 + $50 (per dependent)

Photographs will be taken on the day of registration for student I.D.
All ELI students are required to wear student I.D. on the premises of our school.
